Lovina Smucker being duly sworn before the Clerk of the Shelby Circuit Court of the County aforesaid, upon oath says that Catharine Weaver departed this life in said County, intestate, as she believes, on the 9th day of October 1877; that said Catharine Weaver left a personal estate to be administered, of the probable value, as she is informed and believes, of One Hundred & Twenty five dollars; and further says not.

Lovina Smucker, executrix of the last will and testament of Catharine Weaver, deceased in account current for final settlement, pursuant to the directions of the said last will of said testatrix.
Said executrix shows that the will of said testatrix contains the clauses following:
First, I direct that my funeral charges and just debts be paid by my executrix hereinafter named.
Second, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate real and personal of which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, to my daughter Lovina Smucker her to have and to hold the same to her and to her heirs; executors, administrators and assigns forever.
That the personal estate (there being no real estate) of said testatrix consisted of chose in action and money amounting to the sum of $140.00
And she claims credit for sums paid put on account of claims and demands against the estate of said testatrix, as follows

Lovina Smucker, executrix of the last will and testament of Catharine Weaver, deceased. Swears that the within account by her presented is correct and true. She further shows that she is a daughter of said testatrix and the sole and only Legatee named in the said will of said testatrix, and as such is entitled to all the estate of said testatrix remaining after the payment of the funeral charges and just debts of said testatrix.
That she has collected all the solvent claims and demands in favor of said estate, and that she has paid all the debts and demands against the same so far as the same has come to her knowledge, including the expenses of the last sickness, funeral expenses, and expenses of administration, and she asks to be discharged from the further duties of said trust.
