Which note still remains due & unpaid, in the hands of said Mayhew a copy of which he has this 11th day of May 1842 delivered to Wm. H.(sic) Holbrook Administrator of the Estate of said William Holbrook deceased, which statement said Mayhew Makes oath is true - this 11th day of May 1842              Royal Mayhew (signature)
