In the matter of the Guardianship of Flora Lemaster minor
David L. Wilson Guardian

Comes now into open Court the undersigned guardian of said ward and
shows to the court that he is chargeable with a balance on hand as per his last report

Interest on same for 4 years & 3 months to date @ 7%

He claims credit for the following disbursements made for and on account
of said trust for which he files vouchers herewith towit:
Voucher No. 1 Paid J. W. Powers Clerks costs in full

Guardians charges for services for 4 years & 3 mos.

Total credits to date ________
Balance due ward at this date

Said Guardian further shows that his said ward is yet a minor under the age of twenty one years, but that on the day of _______ 1896 she intermarried with one J. William Whaley who is over the age of twenty one years; that he has settled with his said ward and her said husband, has paid them the balance shown to be due them and has taken their joint receipt therefore which he herewith files below and he asks the approval of this his final report, that he be fully and finally discharged from said trust.

Receipt --- Received of David L. Wilson Guardian, the above balance of $57.35 in full of amount due me from him on final settlement and we hereby consent and agree, that his foregoing report be in all things approved and confirmed and that he be finally discharged from said trust. Dated this January 6 1896
