In the matter of the Guardianship of the minor heirs of Henrietta Bloomer,
Towit: Florence, Adaline and May Bloomer
James R. Means guardian respectfully shows to the Court that he was appointed as such guardian of said minor heirs on the day of ______ 1879. That he was appointed for the purpose of percuring a pension for said minor children. That no monies, assets or property has ever come unto his hands as such guardian. That said children have all arrived at the age of twenty one years. He further shows that he has paid all the Costs as said guardianship out of his own funds. He asks that this his report may be received accepted and approved by this Court and that he be discharged from his said trust.
