Elston
Green Guardian of said minors would represent to the Court that he was by this
Court on the __ day of October 1881 appointed to said trust. That his said wards Frank Coyle, Amos Coyle
and Arthur Coyle are the owners in fee simple in equal proportions of the
undivided one nineth part in value of the following described Real Estate in
Boone County Indiana towit:
The South East
quarter of the North East quarter and the South half of the North East quarter
of the North East quarter of section twenty (20) in Township Twenty (20) North
Range Two (2) East containing in all of said tract sixty acres more or less.
Descended to them from their deceased father James Coyle
and their deceased grandmother Nancy Coyle as follows: that
Francis Coyle of Shelby County Indiana
who was the father of
James Coyle and grandfather of said wards died intestate
the owner in fee simple of said sixty acres of land. That said Francis Coyle left him surviving as his only heirs at
law his widow
Nancy Coyle
the said
James Coyle and five other living children
and
Nannie T. Coyle
the only child of William Coyle a deceased son of said
Francis Coyle. That after the death of
said Francis Coyle the said James Coyle departed this life intestate, while the
owner of the undivided 1/7 of 2/3rd of said Real Estate leaving his
widow and these wards as his only heirs at law and that since the death of said
James Coyle his mother Nancy Coyle departed this life intestate the owner of
the undivided one third part of said Real Estate.
That
said ward
Frank Coyle is aged about six years, that said ward
Amos Coyle is
aged about four years ad that said ward
Arthur Coyle is aged about 2 years and
that all of said wards reside with their mother and are under Guardianship in
the City of St Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri. That the only personal Estate of said wards which has come to the
knowledge or possession of this Guardian is the sum of $888.90 in money received
by him upon sale of said wards Real Estate in Shelby County, Indiana and all of
which he now has in his hands unexpended.
That this guardian has never received for said wards as rents from said
Real Estate any sum whatever. That the
interest of said wards in said Real Estate is of the probable value of Eighty
Dollars. That said Real Estate is
covered with timber and is of no rental value whatever. That said wards will be entitled to and
receive upon final settlement and distribution of the personal Estates of
Francis Coyle and Nancy Coyle their grandfather and grandmother the probable
sum of $100.00. That said wards have no
other personal Estate depending upon the settlement of any Estate or Execution
of any trust to the Knowledge of this Guardian. And said Guardian shows that it would be to the interest of said
wards to sell their interest in said Real Estate and turn the proceeds of said
sale over to their guardian in the state of Missouri and discharge this
guardian.
