The undersigned, applicant for letters
of Guardianship on the persons and estates of Elena Harrell aged 17
years, _______1879, minor heirs of Henderson H.
Harrell, late of Shelby County, Indiana; said minors
reside in Shelby County, in the State of Indiana, and are
is the joint owners of No Real
Estate situate in said County of the probable value
but is the owner of a rental annuity in Dollars Real
Estate which is worth and will rent annually for about sum of
not to exceed one hundred Dollars. Said Wards also
owned no personal property of the value of
to the knowledge of this affiant Dollars.

Thomas J. Craycraft being duly sworn,
says that the material facts contained in the above statement and
application for Letters of Guardianship on the persons and estates of
the person herein named are correct and true, as he verily believes,
and further saith not.

heir of Henderson H. Harrell deceased, being over the age of fourteen
years, do hereby select Thomas J. Craycraft Esq. of Shelbyville,
Shelby County, Indiana as my legal guardian and request his
appointment as such by the Shelby Circuit Court.

Thomas J. Craycraft as Guardian of the
person and estate of Ellena Harrell, Minor would respectfully show to
the Court that he was appointed as such guardian on the 18” day of
June 1879, and he makes the following as and for his final report of
his said trust.
He charges himself with money received
from Wm. A. Moore, belonging to said ward in the sum of
$117.00
Interest in same from date of
receiving said amount to this times at the rate of 6 percent
$8.52
Total Amt. $125.52
And he claims the following credits and

And said Guardian shows that there is
nothing in his hands belonging to said ward, that all the costs in
said guardianship has been paid.
He further shows that on the ___ day
of _____ 1879 said ward was married to one Frank Foster over the age
of 21 years and is now living with him as his wife. And he asks the
Court that this his final report be approved and he be finally
discharged for said trust.
