Tappan, of 1505 Rosewood Avenue of Louisville, Ky., are a partnership, doing business in the firm name and style of Capitol Loan Company with place of business in Shelby County, situated at 31-1/2 Public Square, Shelbyville, Indiana, and are engaged in the business of making loans in the sums of Three-Hundred Dollars or less, secured or unsecured, at a greater rate of interest than eight per centum per annum under license.
