Last Will
of
Nathaniel Vice
In the name of God Amen, I, Nathaniel Vice of Campbell Co., and the state of Kentucky being of sound mind and memory do make, ordain constitute this my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit:
First, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Jemimah Vice all of my estate both real and personal during her life or widowhood without waist (sic).
2nd After my decease and my wife Jemimah's, the whole of my estate of every denomination I wish to be equally divided between my ten* children to wit: John, Nathaniel, Anna, Allen, Elizabeth, Elijah, Sarah, Mary, Uriah, and George Vise (sic).
3rd And lastly I do nominate my trusty friends Nathaniel Vice Jr., George Vice, and Coonrod Easter each of this county to be my executors jointly or severally of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I do hereby set my hand and offer my seal this 20th day of August 1802. In presence of Squire Grant. September Court. Campbell 1802

This will was presented in court proved by the oath of Squire Grant a subscribing witness thereto and ordered to be recorded in Will Book B folio 70.
