Last Will of
Armin T. Chueden
I, Armin T. Chueden, do hereby make and Publish this my last will and
testament. Hereby revoking all other wills by me heretofore made.
Item 1. I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out
of my estate by my executrix hereinafter named.
Item 2. I give, devise and bequeath to my mother Thresa B. Chueden the sum of
five hundred dollars to be paid to her in cash out of my estate.
Item 3. After the payment of all my just debt and funeral expenses, and the
bequest of Five Hundred Dollars to my mother as provided above in Item two
above, I give devise and bequeath all of the residue of my estate that shall
remain to my beloved wife Nettie Chueden to have and to hold as her
individual property forever in fee-simple.
Item 4. I do hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Nettie as
Executrix of this, my last will and testament, and I do hereby order and
direct that she shall serve as such without the execution of any bond to
secure the faithful performance of her duties as such executrix.
In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22" day of
June, 1911.

last will and testament in our presence, and signed by us as attesting
witnesses thereto, at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of
other, this, June 22, "1911.

Be it remembered that on the 28th day of June, A. D. , 1911. The 27 "judicial
day of May, Term of the Shelby Circuit Court in said year, came into open
Court Nettie Chueden and produces in court an instrument in writing
purporting to be the last will and testament of Armim T. Chueden, deceased,
and now moves the admittance there of to probate and record, and in proof
said Will introduces Everet E Stroup one of the subscribing witnesses Hereto,
who being duly sworn by the clerk of said Court, on oath, declare and testify
as followed, that is to say, That on the 22" day of June, 1911 he saw the
said Armin T. Chueden sign his name to said instrument in writing as and for
his last will and testament, and that this deponent, at the same time, heard
the said Armin T, Chueden declare the said instrument in writing to be his
last Will and Testament and that the said instrument in writing was, at the
same time, at the request of the said Armin T. Chueden and with his consent
attested and subscribed by the said Everet E. Stroup and Orn Holmes in the
presence of said Testator, and in the presense of each other, as subscribing
witnesses of the signing and suscribing more than twenty-one years if age,
and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not under any coercion or
restraint, as the said deponent verify believes and further deponent says,
not.

Where upon it is ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the said
instrument in writing purporting to be the last will of Armin T. Chueden
deceased, is the last Will and Testament of Armin T. Chueden Deceased, and is
hereby admitted to probate and record in this Court.

I, Otto L. Coyle, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Indiana, do
hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of Armin T.
Chueden has been duly admitted to Probate, and duly proved by the testimony
of Everet E. Stroup one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a
complete record of said will, and of the testimony of the said Everet E.
Stroup in proof thereof, has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 6 at
Pages-39 & 40 of the record of wills of said County.
In attestation where of I have hereunto subscribed my hand and affixed the
seal of the said Court, at Shelbyville, Indiana, this 28" day of June, 1911

accept the provisions made by him, the said Armin T. Chueden, deceased, in his
last will for me, instead of electing to take the rights given me under the Laws
of the State of Indiana as his
widow.
