I,, Bennie F. Wilson  of Clark township in Johnson County Indiana being of sound mind and memory make and publish this my last will and testament.

Item 1.  It is my will and I hereby direct that my Executor herein after named pay all of my just debts, including the debts accrued by my last sickness and funeral expenses, and that said executor shall have my grave cemented and that he shall have erected at my grave a tombstone at a cost not to exceed seventy five Dollars ($75.00).

Item 2.  If I shall die without getting married, or should I be a single man at my death, I will, devise and bequeath to my nephews  Willie Postman  and  Basil Postman,  they being the children of my sister  Mi__ Postman  the individed one half of all my property, real estate, personal property and mixed, after complying with Item one above.

Item 3.  If I shall die without marrying, or should I be a single man at my death, I will, devise and bequeath, to my nephews  Carvin Wallace  and  Wayne Wallce,  the children of my sister  Minnie Wallace,  the other undivided one half of all of my property, consisting of real estate, personal property and mixed, remaining after complying with Item one of this will.

Item 4.  If I shall die during the time while any or all of the above Legatees are minors, I hereby appoint  Thomas H. Campbell  to act as their guardian and manage the property herein willed to each of them until he shall arrive at the age of twenty one years.

Item 5.  I hereby nominate and appoint Thomas H. Campbell as the executor of this my last will and testament.
