                    I, George Birely  of Hendricks Township, Shelby County, Indiana being of sound mind do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills heretofore made by me.
                    Item 1.  "After my death, I direct my son, Henry W. Birely  to pay all my just debts including expenses of my last sickness and funeral expenses.
                    Item 2d   I devise and bequeath to my son  Henry W. Birely  and  Prudence A. Birely  his wife all my estate both real and personal of which I may die possessed, after the payment of my debts as mentioned heretofore.
                    Item 3'  I hereby appoint my son Henry W. Birely, Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
                    In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this March 26" 1883.
