I  Cassie Conger do hereby write this my last will and testament this the ninth (9th) day of October in 1911.

I give to my daughter Elizabeth all my property both real and personal of which I may be possessed at the time of my death.   Should she die without issue I bequeath all said property to my two sisters Elizabeth Knitner and  Georgiana Chapman and my brother Frank Blanchard to be divided share and share alike.

                    Be it remembered that on the 19th day of February 1912, Louis Seifert one of the subscribing witnesses to the within and forgoing last Will and Testament of Carrie Conger late of said county, deceased, personally appeared before Otto L.Coyle Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby Co. in the state of Indiana, and being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court upon his oath disclosed and testified as follows, that is to say;  That on the 7th day of October 1911, he saw the said Cassie Conger sign her name to the said instrument in writing as and for her last Will and Testament and that this depondent at the same time heard the said Cassie Conger declare the said instrument in writing to be her last Will and Testament and that the said instrument in writing was at the same time at the request of the said Cassie Conger, and with her (????) attested and subscribed by the said, Louis Seifert and Edna Morgan in the presence of said testator and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto and that the said Cassie Conger, was at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing as aforesaid of full age (that is more than twenty-one years of age and of sound and disposing mind and memory and not under any coercion or restraint as the same depondent verily believes and further depondent says not.

          Sworn to and subscribed by the said Louis Seifert before me Otto L. Coyle Clerk of said court at Shelbyville the 19th day of February 1912.
          In Attestation Therefore, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court.

          I,  Otto L. Coyle, clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Indiana do hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of Cassie Conger has been duly admitted to probate and duly proved by the testimony of Louis Seifert one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a complete record of said Will and of the testimony of the said Louis Seifert in proof thereof, has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 6, pages l21 and 122 of the records of Wills of said County.

          In Attestation Whereoff, I have herewith subscribed my name and affixed the Seal of said Court, at Shelbyville this 19th day of February 1912.
