I, Corrisanda McGuire of Shelbyville, Indiana do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking any and all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
Item 1st. I hereby nominate Edward H. Chadwick of Shelbyville, Indiana to be the Executor of this my Will.
Item 2nd. It is my will and I hereby direct that my said Executor shall sell all property both real and personal, owned by me at the time of my death, and convert all my Estate into money.
For this purpose and this end I hereby vest in my said Executor the most ample power to sell all said property without order of Court or any proceeding in any Court, other than to have said property properly appraised and to report said appraisement and the sales of said property to the proper court first giving such notice of the time, place and terms of such sales as he shall , in the exercise of this discretion deem best.
Item 3rd. Out of the moneys arising from my said property it is my will and I hereby direct my said Executor to pay all just debts owing by me at the time of my death: and he shall, also, pay the expense of my funeral providing a casket for my remains similar to that in which my late husband Capt. Jas. E. McGuire, was buried and my said executor shall erect at the graves of my said husband and myself an appropriate monument similar to that erected by Mrs. Catharine Haskett at hers and her husband’s grave, at a cost not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars.
Item 4th. After payment of my just debts and the expenses of my funeral and the cost of a monument, as provided in the 3rd item of this will, I direct my said Executor to pay to my sister Mrs. Sarah H. Aulley, the sum of Three Hundred Dollars.
Item 5th. After payment of the bequest provided for in Item 4 of this will and after payment of the costs of the administrators of my estate, it is my will and I hereby direct that my said Executor shall pay all the rest and residue of the moneys arising from my estate to my sister Victoria Sutherland.

Be it Remembered that on the 2nd day of October in the year 1911, Frank Carson of Shelbyville, Indiana one of the subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last Will and Testament of Corrisanda L. McGuire late of said county, deceased personally appeared before the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County in the state of Indiana and being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court upon his oath, declared and testified as follows, that is to say: That on the 28th day of July in the year 1906 he saw the said Corrisanda L. McGuire sign her name to the said instrument in writing as and for her last Will and Testament and that this deponent at the same time, heard the said Corrisanda L. McGuire, declare the said instrument in writing to be her last Will and Testament, and that the said instrument in writing was at the same time at the request of the said Corrisanda L. McGuire and with her consent attested and subscribed by the said Frank Carson and also Blanche Carson in the presence of said testator, and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said Corrisanda L. McGuire, was at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing as aforesaid of full age (that is more than twenty-one years of age), and of sound and disposing mind and memory and not under any coercion or restraints the said deponent verily believes, and further deponent says not.
