Testament of
Elizabeth Nolan
I, Elizabeth Nolan, of the City of
Shelbyville in Shelby County Indiana, do hereby make, declare and publish
the following as my last Will and Testament.
Item 1. I will and direct
that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my
Estate, my entire funeral expenses, however not to exceed the sum of One
Hundred and Fifty Dollars.
Item 2. I will and direct that my executor
hereinafter named shall out of my estate purchase and cause to be erected
under the graves of my deceased husband and myself a monument to cost not
Exceeding the sum of One Hundred and Fifty dollars.
Item 3. I will
and bequeath to St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Shelbyville, Indiana the sum
of One Hundred Dollars and direct my Executor to pay the same to the to the
proper officers or officers of said church in order that it may receive the
benefit thereof.
Item 4. I will devise and bequeath all of the residue
of my estate to my sister Mary Clark of Quebec if she shall be living at
the time of my death, but if my said sister shall not be living at the time
of my death then in that event I will devise and bequeath the said residue
of my Estate to my two nieces Aretemise Belonger and
Bella Furland -
daughters of my sister Rachel Furland in equal proportion share and share
alike.
Item 5 - I hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
Item 6 - I hereby nominate and appoint William H. DePrez
of Shelbyville, Indiana as Executor of this my last Will.
