the last Will and Testament

Ephraim Redenbough
Know all Men by These presents: That I, Ephraim Redenbough, of the town of
Blue Ridge, County of Shelby, State of Indiana, being of Sound mind and
memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking
all former wills by me at any time made.
First: My will is that all my just debts, funeral expenses and a Three
Hundred Dollar ($300.00) monument be placed at my burial place, be fully paid
and satisfied out of my estate by my executrix hereinafter named as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease.
Second: I give and bequeath, to my wife, Ella C. Redenbough, all my property
and effects, of whatsoever nature and kind, including the real estate,
personal property, moneys, notes, accounts, etc. that I may die seized and
possessed of in this or any other state.
Lastly: I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife Ella C. Redenbough of this
town of Blue Ridge, County of Shelby, State of Indiana, to be the sole
executrix to serve without Bond of this my last will and testament.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 1st day of
June, A.D. 1911.

The above instrument , was at the date thereof declared to us, and each of us
by Ephraim Redenbough, the testator therein mentioned to be his last will and
testament and he at the same time acknowledged to us and each of us, that he
had signed and sealed the same as his free act and deed, and we and each of
us believe said testator to be of sound mind and memory at the time of so
acknowledged the same, and we therefore at his request and in his presence
and in the presence of each other sign our names hereto as attesting
witnesses:

Be It Remembered That on the 14th day of February, 1912, Erastus W. McDaniel,
one of the subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last will and
Testament of Ephraim Redenbough late of said County, deceased, personally
appeared before the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County
in the State of Indiana, and being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court,
upon his oath declared and testified as follows; that is to say: That on the
1st day of June 1911 he saw the said Ephraim Redenbough sign his name to the
said instrument in writing as and for his last Will and Testament; and that
this deponent, at the same time, heard the said Ephraim Redenbough declare
the said instrument in writing to be his last Will and testament and that the
said instrument in writing was at the same time, at the request of the said
Ephraim Redenbough and with his consent attested and subscribed by the said
Erastus W. McDaniel and Thomas E. Goodrich in the presence of said testator,
and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that
the said Ephraim Redenbough was at the time of the signing and subscribing of
said instrument in writing, as aforesaid of full age (that is more than
twenty-one years of age) and of sound mind and disposing mind and memory, and
not under any coercion or restraint, as the said deponent verily believes,
and further deponent says not.

Coyle, Clerk of said Court at Shelbyville the 14th day of February, 1912.
In Attestation Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal
