Know all men by these presents that I  George Pulse  of Shelby County and state of Indiana being in ill health and sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me or any time heretofore made and as to my worldly estate and all the property real and personal or mixed if which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease. I desire bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following towit:
My will is that all my past debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executor herein after named be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by them be found conveniced
Item 1, I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Missouri Miller the sum of Nine hundred and thirty three dollars and one young horse.
          I give devise and bequeath to my son  Peter Pulse, Nine hundred and thirty three dollars and one young horse, the above is made to make the two equal to what I have heretofore given to Hiram; Rhuben, and George --- I give devise and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Pulse all my house holds furniture and all the use of my land and appertenances as long as she shall live. said lands situated in Shelby County and state of Indiana at the death of my wife I desire all of the property divided equally between Hiram Pulse, Rheuben Pulse George Pulse Missouri Miller and Peter Pulse and lastly
I do nominate and appoint Lenard Powell to executor of this my last will and testament.
In testimony I George Pulse have subscribed my name and affixed my seal this Thirteenth day of September 1870
