Last Will and Testament of
Isaac Larison
I, Isaac Larison of the County of Shelby and
State of Indiana being of sound mind. Realizing the uncertainty of life and
the certainty of death do hereby make this my last Will and Testament and do
hereby revoke all former Wills and Testament. That I may have hereto for
made.
Item First. It is my devise and will that all my Just Debts shall
be paid.
Item Second. I hereby bequeath devise and will to my daughter
Mary Belle Larison all my real estate consisting of lots forty-nine (49) and
Sixty (60) in the town of Pleasant View County of Shelby and State of
Indiana.
Also I will and bequeath devise and will to my said daughter
Mary Belle Larison all my household goods of which I am possessed.
Also I will to her my Phaeton firm, Wagon harness. and all farming and
other tools of which I may die Possessed.
Also, I bequeath devise
and will to her afore said Mary Belle Larison all my money notes and other
thing of values of which I may die Possessed except as other wise provided
for in this Will said Testament.
Item Third I bequest devise and will
unto my son Marion L. Larison the sum of Five (5) dollars to paid out of my
son Marion L. Larison the sum of Five (5) dollars to be paid out of my
estate.
Item Fourth I bequeath devise and will unto my son
Volvey T.
Larison the sum of Five (5) to be paid out of my estate.
Item Fifth.
I hereby devise bequeath and will unto my daughter Clara M. Pierson
the sum
of Five (5) dollars to be paid out of my estate.
Item Sixth.
I hereby
bequeath, devise and will unto my daughter Martha Alice Means
the sum of
five (5) dollars to be paid out of my estate.
Item Seven. I hereby
bequeath devise and will unto my son Charles E. Larison the sum of Five
dollars, to be paid out of my estate.
Item Eight I hereby bequeath
devise and will unto my son John F. Larison the sum of Five (5) dollars to
be paid out of my estate.
Item 9th I hereby appoint, constitute and make
David Pfendler of the County of Shelby and the State of Indiana the executor
of this Will and Testament.
