I, James A.
Favor, do make this
my last Will and Testament
1st. I direct that all my just debits,
including funeral expenses and the expenses of administration to be paid by
my Executor.
2nd. I will and bequeath unto my children one's
George
Favor, Alva Favor, Alonzo Favor and John Favor, all the remainder of my
property both real and personal, share and share alike in equal portion,
except a Piano which is now at the home of Nunnie Thornbury.
3rd.
I consider my son John Favor as not being capable of taking care of his portion of the estate, therefore I will and direct that a Guardian be
appointed for the said John Favor and his portion be delivered to the said
Guardian to hold in trust for the said John Favor, allowing him only such portion of said trust from time to time as may be needed to furnish him with
the necessaries of like, not allowing him at any time any thing for the
purchase of intoxicating liquor.
Item 4. I will that Charley Favor
of Shelby County Indiana, be appointed and act as Guardian of the said son
John Favor and that said guardian hold back out of said trust funds the sum
of $75.00 or $100.00 for the funeral expenses of the said John Favor.
Item 5. I will and bequeath to Nunnie Thornbury my Piano that is now in
her possession after her death I direct that said Piano goes to Russell
Thornbury, if Russell should die then said Piano to go to Vern Favor.
Item 6. I will that my son George Favor act and I do hereby appoint him
as Executor of my last Will and Testament.
