Last  Will  and  Testament  of
James  K. P.  Shaw

I,  James K. P. Shaw  of Shelby County Indiana do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

Item one.  I give $500.00 to my wife Louisa A. Shaw

Item two.  To my son Hiram Cletha Shaw , the note of more than $1,300 I hold against him .

Item three:  I give my grandchildren 1/15 of my estate.

Item Four.  I hereby give to my children  Pearl M. Cutsinger,  Lola V. White  and  Dillard  and  Edith Shaw share and share alike all of the residue of my estate after all my debts and funeral expenses are paid.

Item Five   I appoint Anderville Shaw as Executor .
