Last Will and Testament
of
Jennie S. Miller, deceased
I, Jennie S. Miller, of the County of Shelby in the State of Indiana, being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore by me made.
Item 1. It is my desire and I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, be paid out of my estate as soon, as can conviently be done after my death.
Item 2. I will devise and bequeath to my husband, Jessie A. Miller, all of my property real, personal and mixed that I may possess or have at my death, in fee simple and absolutely; this devise is meant to include and does include any and all property that may come to me from the estate of my father, or from whatever source the same shall, or may come to me.
Item 3. I hereby nominate and appoint as the Executor of this my last Will and Testament, my beloved husband, Jessie A. Miller.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 25 day of November A. D. 1913.

Be It Remembered, that on the 15" day of April A. D. 1914 the 63" Judicial day of the February Term of the Shelby Circuit Court in said year, come into open Court David L. Wilson, and produces in Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Jennie S. Miller, deceased, and now moves the admittance thereof to probate and record, and in proof of said Will introduces David L. Wilson, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, who being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court, on oath declare and testify as follows, that is to say: That on the 25" day of November 1913 he saw the said Jennie S. Miller sign her name to said instrument in writing as and for her last Will and Testament, and that this deponent, at the same time, heard the said Jennie S. Miller declare the said instrument in writing to be her last Will and testament and that the said instrument in writing was at the same time at the request of the said Jennie S. Miller and with her consent attested and subscribed by the said David L. Wilson and Omer Doran in the presence of said testator, and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said Jennie S. Miller was at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing as aforesaid of full age (that is more than twenty one years of age) and of sound and disposing mind and memory and not under any coercion or restraint as the said deponent verily believes and further deponent says not.

Whereupon it is ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court that the said instrument in writing purporting to be the last Will of Jennie S. Miller, deceased is the last Will and Testament of Jennie S. Miller, deceased and is hereby admitted to probate and record in this Court.

I, Otto L. Coyle Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Indiana do hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of Jennie S. Miller, has been duly admitted to probate, and duly proved by the testimony of David L. Wilson, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a complete record of said Will and of the testimony of the said David L. Wilson in proof thereof, has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 6 at pages 451-452 & 453 of the record of Wills of said County.
In Attestation Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court at Shelbyville, Indiana, this 15" day of April 1914.
