I,  Jesse C. Walker of Shelby County, Indiana, do hereby make and publish this as my last Will and testament.

Item 1.  It is my Will that all of my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid out of my estate.

Item 2.  I will and devise to my beloved wife  Sarah Ann Walker  all of my property, real personal and mixed, for and during the term of her natural life with power and privilege of selling or trading any of the personal property for the purpose of obtaining money for her use, benefit and support.

Item 3.  At the death of my said wife, I will and devise all of my property, real, personal and mixed to my beloved children, Anna Zemer,  Maude Zemer,  Samuel K. Walker,  Mary Hodson,  Carey E. Walker  and  Alma Lyons, share and share alike.

Item 4.  It is my will that my son Carey E. Walker, shall till the lands herein, devised so long as he and my said wife can make satisfactory agreements as to the same.

Item 5.  I hereby revoke any and all former Wills by me made.

Item 6.  I hereby nominate and appoint my son Samuel K. Walker as Executor of this Will.

Signed and acknowledged by Jesse C. Walker as his Last Will and Testament in our presence and signed by us at his request as attesting witnesses in his presence and in the presence of each other this 22nd day of May 1912.

of June A.D. 1912 this ~~~~ judicial day of the May term of the Shelby Circuit Court, in said year, came to open Court Samuel K. Walker and produces in Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Jesse C. Walker deceased and now moves the admittance thereof to probate and record and in proof of said Will intoduces Frank M. Ellis, the subscribing witness thereto, who being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court on oath declare and testify as follows, that is to say:   That on the 22nd day of May 1912, he saw the said Jesse C. Walker sign his name to said instrument in writing as and for his last Will and Testament, and that the deponent, at the same time, heard the said Jesse C. Walker, declare the said instrument in writing to be his last Will and testament; and that the said instrument in writing was, at the same time at the request of the said Jesse C. Walker and with his consent attested and subscribed by the said Frank M. Ellis and Elmer Bassett, in the presence of said testator and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said Jesse C. Walker was at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing, as aforesaid of full age (that is more than twenty-one years of age) and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not under any coercion or restraint as the said deponent verily believes, and further deponent says not.

Sworn and subscribed by the said Frank M. Ellis before me, Otto L. Coyle, Clerk of said Court at Shelbyville, Indiana the 19th day of June 1912.

Whereupon it is ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court that said instrument in writing purporting to be the last will of Jesse C. Walker, deceased, and is hereby admitted to probate and record in this Court.

          I, Otto L. Coyle, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Indiana, do hereby certify that the withing annexed Will and Testament of Jesse C. Walker, has been duly admitted to probate and duly proved by the testimony of Frank M. Ellis of the subscribing witnesses thereto that a complete record of said Will, in proof thereof has been by me duly made and recorded in book 6 at Pages 149 - 150 - 151 of the record of Wills of said County.

          In Attestation whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court at Shelbyville, Indiana, this 19th day of June 1912.
