DePrez has been duly admitted to probate and duly proved by the testimony of Harry C. Morrison on of the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a complete record of said Will, and of the testimony of the said Harry C. Morrison, in proof thereof, has been to me duly made and recorded in Book 7 at pages 90 and 91 of the record of Wills of said County

I, John C. DePrez, of the City of Shelbyville, Shelby County Indiana, do make,
declare, and publish the following as my last will and Testament.
Item
1. I will, devise and bequeath to
my wife, Zora L. DePrez all of the
property and estate real, personal and mixed of which I shall be the owner at
the time of my death, the real estate to be held and owned by her in fee simple
and the personal and other property to be owned by her absolutely.

2. I hereby nominate and appoint my
said wife, Zora L. DePrez as Executrix of this my will.

it remembered, That on the 22 day of January A.D. 1916 Harry C. Morrison one of
the subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last will and Testament of
John C. DePrez late of said County, deceased, personally appeared before Alonzo
Blair Judge of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, in the State of Indiana, and
being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court, upon his oath, declared and
testified as follows, that is to say: That on the 6th day of September 1912, he saw the
said John C. DePrez sign his name to the said instrument in writing as and for
his last Will and Testament; and that this deponent, at the same time, heard the
said John C. DePrez declare that said instrument in writing to be his last Will
and Testament, and that the said instrument in writing was , at the same time,
at the request of said John C. DePrez and with his consent attested and
subscribed by the said Harry C. Morrison and Charles Major in the presence of
said testator, and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses
thereto, and that the said John C. DePrez was, at the time of the signing and
subscribing of said instrument in writing, as aforesaid, of full age (that is
more than twenty-one years of age), and of sound and disposing mind and memory,
and not under any coercion or restraint, as the said deponent verily believes,
and further deponent says not. H. C. Morrison
