Josephine Louden of Shelbyville, Indiana do make this my last will
as follows, Towit:
After the payment of my Just Debts I will and bequeath all my Estate,
both real and personal to my daughter Susan Mary Hellegoss of Shelbyville.
I hereby appoint my son William Louden Executor of this my last Will.

We the under signed did sign our names as above witnesses in the presence
of said Testatrix, Josephine Louden, and in the presence of each other and she
did sign and execute the said instrument in our presence and did there and then
declare the same as her will this 21 October 1907.

Be it remembered, that on the 20th day of March, A.D., 1912, the 13th
judicial day of the March Term of the Shelby Circuit Court in said year, come
into open Court, William A. Louden, and produces in Court an instrument in
writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Josephine Louden,
deceased and now moves the admittance thereof to probate and record, and in
proof of said Will introduces Harry W. DePrez, the subscribing witness thereto,
who being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court on oath; declare and testify as
follows, that is to say, That on the 21st of October, 1907 he saw the said
Josephine Louden sign her name to said instrument and

in writing as and for her last Will and Testament and that this
deponent at the same time, heard the said Josephine Louden, declare the said
instrument in writing to be her last Will and Testament and that the said
instrument in writing was at the same time aat the request of the said Josephine
Louden, and with her consent attested and subscribed by the said Harry W. DePrez,
Charles Major and Alice Major in the presence of said testatrix and in the
presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said
Josephine Louden was at the time of the signing and subscribing of said
instrument in writing as aforesaid of full age (that is more than twenty-one
years of age), and of sound and disposing mind and memory and not under any
coercion or restraint as the said deponent verily believes and further deponent
says not.

Coyle, Clerk of said Court at Shelbyville, Indiana, the 25th day of March, 1912.

Whereupon it is ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said
instrument in writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Josephine
Louden, deceased, is the last Will and Testament of Josephine Louden deceased
and is hereby admitted to probate and record in this Court.

I, Otto L. Coyle, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Ind. do
hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of Josephine Louden
has been duly admitted to probate and duly proved by the testimony of Harry W.
DePrez of the subscribing witnesses thereto that a complete record of said Will
and of testimony of the said Harry W. DePrez in proof

thereof, has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 6 at pages ~ ~ ~ ~ of the record of Wills of said Court at Shelbyville, Indiana, this 25th day of March, 1912.
