I, Mary GOODRICH the wife of Nathan GOODRICH, do
make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form as follows:
It is my will and wish, and I hereby will and bequest to my beloved husband all, of my real estate to be held and
possessed by him for and during the time of his life (natural), upon the express condition that he keep said real
extate and houses in good repair and all taxes on said property regularly paid.
And at his death I hereby direct and order the executor herein named to sell and dispose of my said real estate
at private or public sale as he may deem right and proper for such prices and for such terms as he may deem right
and proper, and upon such sale to deliver and execute the purchaser (s) and upon the payment of such purchase money all necessary deed or deeds. The proceeds of such sale I do bequeath to Pheobe J. KENNEDY the wife of Samuel A. KENNEDY, James M. GOODRICH, Marcellers H. GOODRICH, Nancy K. COFFMAN wife of Andrew B. COFFMAN, George A. GOODRICH
my children and to my grandchildren; Charles W. KENNEDY and Eliza K. KENNEDY children of my deceased daughter Mary K. KENNEDY share and share alike said grandchildren receiving as one share.
I hereby appoint my friend Samuel A. KENNEDY as executor to carry into efferct this my last will and testament
whereof I set my hand and seal this twelfth day of January. Recorded Jan. 13, 1881
