I,  Mary A. Huffman  of Shelby County in the State of Indiana do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.

First  I order and direct that all my Just debts, doctor bills and funeral Expenses Be Settled And paid as soon after my decease as Convenient, And possible out of the first money that may Come into the hands of my Executor from the proceeds of my Estate Either real or Personal.

Second  Idirect that my funeral be Conducted in A manner Corrsponding with my Situation in life.  I also direct that A common decent set of Tombstones be erected at my grave the cost thereof to be paid out of my Estate.

Third,  I will and bequeath to  Theodocia F. Huffman  my Grand Daughter Twenty dollars in money When she arrives at the Age of Twenty One years.  Said sum and Amount to be Retained in the hands of my Executor until said Grand Daughter Arrives at such Age of Twenty years unless She should Sooner marry then To be paid to her when she marries.

Fourth,  I will and Bequeath To my Son  George B. Huffman, One fifth of All the Residue of my personal and Real Estate.

Fifth,  I will and Bequeath to  Ruth Howrey  my daughter, One fifth of All my personal and real Estate.

Sixth,  I will and Bequeath to  Martha Wickleff  my daughter, one fifth part of All my personal and Real Estate.

Seventh.  I will and bequeath to  Sarah A. Huffman  The One Tenth part of All my personal and real Estate.

Eighth,  I will and Bequeath To  Mary E. Snider  my Grand Daughter the One Tenth part of All my Estate, Both personal and Real, after deducting Just debts, Doctor bills,

Ninth,  I will and Bequeath to my Son,  John Huffman,  the One fifth part of All my personal and real Estate.
And Further more I hereby Make and Ordain my worthy and Esteemed Son George B. Huffman, Executor of this my last Will and Testament,

In Witnesses Whereof I  Mary A. Huffman  The Testator have hereunto Set my hand and Seal This Ninth day of January 1875.

Be it remembered, That on the 16th day of October A.D. 1875, James Lisher and James Thompson the Subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last Will and Testament of Mary A. Huffman, late of said County, deceased, personally appeared before John Elliott, Clerk, of the Circuit Court Shelby County in the State of Indiana and being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Courty, upon his oath declared and testified as He saw the said Mary A. Huffman sign her name to said instrument in Writing as and for her last Will and Testament, and That this deponent at the same time heard the said Mary A. Huffman, and with his consent attested and Subscribed by the said James Lisher and James Thompson in the presence of said testator and in the presence of each other as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said Mary A. Huffman was at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing as aforesaid of full age, (that is more

than twenty one years of age) and of sound and disposing mind and memory and not under any coercion or restraint as the said deponent verily believes and further deponent says not.

                    I, John Elliott, Clerk of the Circuit Court Shelby County, Indiana, do hereby certify that the within annexed will and testament of Mary A. Huffman has been duly admitted to probate and duly proved by the testimony of James Lisher and James Thompson, the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a complete record of said Will and of the testimony of the said James Lisher and James Thompson in proof thereof has been by me duly made and recorded in Book No. 1 at pages 434, 4, 35 of the records of Will of said County.
                    In Attestation Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court at Shelbyville this 16 Day of October 1876.

                    Came this day Jasper H. Wicker, now the owner of a part of the Real Estate formerly owned by Mary A. Huffman, deceased, and requests a comparison of the original Will of said Mary A. Huffman, deceased, with a copy of said Will as entered of Probate in Will Record No. 1 pages 434 and 435. Whereupon said Will is by the undersigned Clerk produced from the files of his office and upon comparison with the copy of said Will said copy is found to be erroneous and said Will is now by direction re-recorded that the same may properly appear of record.
                    Re-enter of record the 17 day of April 1912.
