Will
and Testament of
Mary C.
Kuhn
I, Mary C. Kuhn a resident
of Shelby County, Indiana, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory
do hereby make and declare this to be last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking all former Wills by me made.
Item one. This my will and I
hereby direct that my Executor as soon after my death as is practicable pay
and discharge all of my just and legal debts and expense of my last sickness
and funeral, the same to be paid out of the trust money held by me and as is
provided in the last Will and codicil of my deceased husband George M.
Kuhn.
Item Two, It is my will that all of the property owned by me at the time
of my death shall go to my daughter Mary L. Kuhn absolutely she being my
only living child, this including all the household furniture, pictures,
clothing, jewelry, stoves, gas well and any and all the property of which I die seized.
Item Three:
It is my will that all money and funds held in
trust by me, the same being money loaned such by me and held in trust since
the death of my husband George M. Kuhn be paid out or held in trust and paid
out as is provided in the last will and Cordial thereto of my deceased
husband George M. Kuhn except, I hereby claim and hereby appropriate to my
own use from money left by my said husband as is provided in the last Will
and Cordial of my said husband I may do the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1000.00) which one thousand dollars I hereby give and bequeath to my
daughter the said Mary L Kuhn and I hereby direct my Executor to pay the
said sum of One Thousand dollars to my said daughter as soon after my death
as is practical, in addition to the bequests to her made in Item Two above
as she has at all times ------ ------- and cared for me.
Item Four,
I hereby name Bill A. Yarling to be the Executor of this my last Will and
Testament. And in witness of this my last Will and Testament I have hereunto
set my hand and seal this 16th day of December 1912 .
