Will and Testament

Nancy A.
Moore
I, Nancy A. Moore, a resident of
Shelbyville, Shelby County in the state of Indiana do hereby make and
publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all other
wills by me heretofore made.
Item 1. I direct that as soon as possible
after my decease all of my just debts and funeral expenses be pais out of my
estate. by my Executor here in after named.
Item 2. I give, devise
and bequeath to my grand daughter Mary Johnson the organ now owned by me.
Item 3. I give, devise and bequeath to each of my grandchildren, the
children of my deceased son John A. Moore and of my deceased daughter
Louis
Warble, who shall survive me except my Granddaughter Mary Johnson, mentioned
in item two above, the sum of Ten dollars, said sum of Ten dollars to be
paid to each of then out of my estate. I do not bequeath any sum of money to
be paid to my granddaughter Mary Johnson for the reason that I have bequeath
to her the organ mentioned within item two above.
Item 4. I give,
devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter Emma Luella Miller all of the
residue of my estate both real and personal, that shall remain after the
payment of all of my Just debts and funeral expenses and the bequeath
mentioned in item two and three above, to have and to hold as her individual
property forever in fee simple.
It is my wish and I do hereby direct
that in the event my said daughter shall sell or otherwise dispose of the
real estate hereby bequeathed to her by this item of my will she shall pay
to each of my grand children, then living the sum of fifteen dollars out of
the proceeds of the sale of said real estate.
Item 5. I do
hereby constitute and appoint my son-in-law John R. Miller as Executor of
this my last will and Testament.
