Will  of  Sarah   J.  Pritchard

I,  Sarah J. Pritchard, at this time a resident of Shelby County, Indiana, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all others by me made.
          Item~ 1 ~. It is my will that my just debts and obligations shall first be paid.
          Item~ 2 ~. I give and bequeath to Grace Snodgrass and  William Snodgrass, jointly, all the remainder of my property of every kind; and should either of them die before I do, it is my will that the survivor of them shall take, hold and own all of said property;  And if both die before I do, this said property shall go to Helen Snodgrass.

Item III- I constitute and appoint  James M. Robinson executor of this will.

The foregoing instrument was signed, sealed and acknowledged by said Sarah J. Pritchard as and for her last will and dtestament in our presence, who at her request, in her presence, and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto, this 20th day of October, 1904.

          Be it remembered, that on the 13th day of June, A.D. 1911, the 14th judicial day of the May Term of the Shelby Circuit Court in said year, came into open court J.M. Robinson and produces in open court an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Sarah J. Pritchard, deceased, and now moves the admittance thereof to probate and record, and in proof of said will introduces Jefferson C. Deer the subscribing witnesses thereto, who being duly swaorn by the Clerk of said Court, on ???, declare and testifies as follows, that is to say, That on the 20th day of October 1904, he saw the said Sarah J. Pritchard sign her name to said instrument in writing as and for her last will and Testament; and that this deponent, at the same time heard the same Sarah J. Pritchard declare the said instrument in writing to be her last will and Testament, and at the request of the said Sarah J. Pritchard and with her consent attested and subscribed by the said Jefferson C. Deet and Warren Huffman in the presence of said testator and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said Sarah J. Pritchard was, at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing, as aforesaid, of full age, (that is, more than twenty-one years of age) and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not under any coercion or restraint, as the said deponent verily believes, and further deponent says not

Wherefore it is ordered, adjudged and cecreed by the Court that said instrument in writing purporting to be the last Will of Sarah J. Pritchard deceased; and is hereby admitted to probate and record in this Court.

          I, Otto L. Coyle, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Indiana, do hereby certify that the ??? ?? Will and Testament of Sarah J. Pritchard has been duly admitted to probate, and duly proved by the testimony of Jefferson C. Deer, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a complete record of said will, and of the testimony of the said Jefferson C. Deer in proof thereof, has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 6 at pages 34 and 35 of the record of wills of said County.
