Last  Will  and  Testament  of
 Stephan  B.  Washburn

          I, Millie Washburn, widow of  Stephan B. Washburn, deceased, late of Shelby Co. Indiana, and whose last will and testament has been duly admitted to probate and record in the Shelby Circuit Court of said County and State, hereby elect to hold and retain my rights and interest as such widow under the statutes of descent, of the state of Indiana in and to the personal Estate of my said husband. not with standing the terms of the said will; and refuse to accept any provision in said will contained, intended to be in lieu of my statutory right as aforesaid in and to the personal property of said decedent.

          On this 25" day of January 1911, personally appeared before the undersigned a State Senator in and for said County and State, Millie Washburn widow of  Stephan B. Washburn, deceased, to me well known, and having fully explained to her the contents of the foregoing instrument, acknowledged that she executed the name as her voluntary act and Deed.
