Last Will and Testament of
Susannah B. Morgan
I, Susannah
Morgan, of Shelbyville, Shelby County, Indiana do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament revoking any and all Wills heretofore made by me.
Item One. It is my will and I hereby direct that my Executor hereinafter named pay all of my just debts, including the debts contracted in my last sickness and funeral expenses.
Item Two. I give and devise to my grand daughter
Mary Louden my family Bible.
Item Three. I give and devise Twenty five ($25.00) Dollars, for masses for the repose of the soul of my beloved Husband William Morgan and for my poor soul.
Item Four. I give and devise Twenty five ($25.00) dollars for the poor souls in Purgatory.
Item Five. I give and devise to Rev. Father
Kaelin our beloved Pastor Twenty five ($25.00) Dollars.
Item Six. I will, devise and bequeath to my beloved husband
William Morgan for and during the term of his natural life all property belonging to me, personal, real and mixed, he to have all the income from the same during his natural life.
Item Seven. I will, devise and bequeath to my son
Lawrence Morgan at the death of my husband my home property situate at the North West corner of Broadway and Noble Streets in the City of Shelbyville, for and during the term of his natural life, he to take good care of the dwelling house thereon.
Keep the same insured and in good repair during said period and pay all taxes thereon the fee simple of said tract to be in my four Grand children, Viz;
Mary Louden, William E. Morgan, Joseph Leo Morgan and
Charles Morgan.
Item Eight. I will and devise and bequeath the residue of my property to my four grand children
Viz; Mary Louden, William E. Morgan, Joseph Leo Morgan and Charles Morgan, share and share alike,
Except that my executor shall pay Wm. E. Morgan my grand son reasonable for the service which he is rendering to me and my husband.
Item Nine. I hereby appoint
Thomas H. Campbell executor of this my last Will and Testament.
The foregoing will was signed by said Susannah Morgan and acknowledged by her to be her last Will and Testament in our presence and signed by us as attesting witnesses at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other. This May 25th - 1908.

Be It Remembered, That on the 13th day of December 1912, Edwin Soller, one of the subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last Will and Testament of Susannah Morgan late of said County deceased, personally appeared before Otto L. Coyle Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County in the State of Indiana, and being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court upon his oath, declared and testified as follows, that is to say, That on the 25" day of May 1908 he saw the said Susannah Morgan sign her name to the said instrument in writing as and for her last Will and Testament and that this deponent at the same time heard the said Susannah Morgan declare the said instrument in writing to be her last Will and Testament and that the said instrument in writing was, at the same time at the request of the said Attesting Witnesses in the presence of said testator and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto and that the said Susannah Morgan was, at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing as aforesaid of full age (that is more than twenty one years of age) and of sound and disposing mind and memory and not under any coercion or restraint as the said deponent verily believes and further deponent says not.

I, Otto L. Coyle, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Indiana do hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of Susannah Morgan has been duly admitted to probate and duly proved by the testimony of
Edwin Soller one of the subscribing witnesses thereto that a complete record of said Will and of the testimony of the said
Edwin Soller in proof thereof has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 6 at pages 240-241-242 of the record of Wills of said County.
In Attestation Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court, at Shelbyville this 12" day of December 1912.
