In the name of Benevolent Father of all, I Rebecca Trisler
I give and devise to my beloved friends Samuel Rouse
and Nancy A. Roush, John Miller, Sarah Jane Miller, and
Abraham Lincoln Miller my three Grand children all my land, the farm
which I own in Moral Township, Shelby County, Indiana, the East
half of the North East quarter of Section nineteen (19) Township fourteen (14)
North of Range six (6) East containing (80) Eighty acres more or less, the
above named party all to be equally divided or sold and the money divided
equally after paying all my funeral expenses, that is to be paid first before
any division is made and my land, I will and bequeath to Nancy A. Roush and the
bed clothes to be equally divided between Nancy A. Roush and Abraham L. Miller
and if John Miller is deceased without leaving any living children then
the said John Miller’s part goes to Abraham L. Miller. I do hereby nominate
and appoint George F. Walker Executor of this my last will
and Testament, hereby authorizing and empowering him to compromise, adjust,
release and discharge in such manner as he may deem proper, the debts and claims
due me.
I do also authorize and empower him if it shall become necessary in order to
pay all debts to sell by private sale or in such manner upon such terms of
credit or otherwise as he may think proper, all or any part of my real estate
and deeds to purchase to execute, acknowledge and deliver in fee simple.
I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made in testimony hereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this the 4th day of December 1880.
Signed and acknowledged by said Rebecca Trisler as her last will and
testament in our presence and signed by us in her presence. her

Be it remembered That on the 12 day of August 1882 Otheo P. Hanson one of the
subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last Will and Testament of
Rebecca Trisler, late of said County, deceased, personally appeared before Fred
H. Chulden, Clerk of the Circuit County of Shelby County in the State of Indiana
and being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court upon his oath declared and
testified as follows, that is to say: That on the 4th day of December 1880 he
saw the said Rebecca Trisler sign her name to said instrument of writing as and
for her last Will and Testament and that this deponent at the same time heard
the said Rebecca Trisler declare the said instrument in writing to be her last
Will and Testament, and that the said instrument in writing was at the same
time, at the request of the said Rebecca Trisler, and with her consent attested
and subscribed by the said Reason Baker & Otheo P. Hanson in the presence of
said testator, and in the present of each other as subscribing witnesses
thereto, and that the said Rebecca Trisler was at the time of the signing and
subscribing of said instrument in writing as aforesaid of full age (that is more
than twenty one years of age), and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and
not under any coercion or restraint as the said deponent verily believes, and
further deponent says not.

I Fred H. Chulden, clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County Indiana do
hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of Rebecca Trisler has
been duly admitted to probate and duly proved by the testimony of Otheo P.
Hanson, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a complete record of said
Will and of the testimony of the said Otheo P. Hanson in proof thereof has been
by me duly made and recorded in Book 1 at Pages 620 & 621 of the Record of
Wills of said County.
In attestation whereof I have herewith subscribed my name and affixed the
seal of said court at Shelbyville this 12 day of August 1882.
