I, Virinda Talbert , being of sound mind and memory, do proclaim the following to be my last Will and Testament.
First. I desire that all my just debts including Doctor's bills, funeral expenses and charges for caring for me in my last days, be fully paid.
Second. I bequeath and desire paid unto my brother, Anderson Talbert, the sum of Six hundred Dollars ($600.00).
Third. All the residue of my property both real and personal, I desire divided equally among my other five brothers and Sisters. Viz: Balser R. Talbert, Madison Talbert Sr., Lucinda Kemp, Lafayette M. Talbert and Rexa Yarling. I have conveyed to the children of my brother Anderson Talbert by Warranty deed, the undivided one-sixth part of my real estate all of which is located in Hanover Township, Shelby County, Indiana, and in the town of Morristown, Shelby County, Indiana, and hence my said brother Anderson Talbert is to receive no further share of my estate except such reasonable amount as may be due him or his wife for caring for me. My said brothers Balser R. Talbert and Madison Talbert Sr being dead; their shares shall be divided among their children.
I hereby appoint William M. Patterson executor of this, my last Will and Testament.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twelfth day of June 1912.

We the undersigned, do hereby declare that we saw the above testator sign her name to the foregoing instrument, and that we signed same in her presence and in the presence of each other.

Be It Remembered, that on the 5th day of July A.D. 1912 the 352d day of the May Term of the Shelby Circuit Court in said year, came into open Court William M. Patterson and produces in Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Virinda Talbert deceased and now moves the admittance thereof to probate and record, and in proof of said Will introduces George F. Cook, one the subscribing witnesses thereto who being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court on oath, declares and testify as follows, that is to say That on the 12th day of June 1912 he saw the said Virinda Talbert sign her name to said instrument in writing as and for her last Will and Testament and that the said instrument in writing was, at the same time at the request of the said Virinda Talbert and with her consent attested and subscribed by the said George F Cook and one S V Hinds in the presence of said testator, and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said Virinda Talbert was at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing as aforesaid of full age (that is more than twenty one years of age) and of sound and disposing mind and memory and not under any coercion or restraint as the said deponent verily believes and further deponent says not.

Whereupon it is ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said instrument in writing purporting to be the last Will of Virinda Talbert deceased is the last Will and Testament of Virinda Talbert deceased and is hereby

I, Otto L. Coyle, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Indiana, do hereby certify that the within annexed Will and testament of Virinda Talbert has been duly admitted to probate and duly proved by the testimony of George F Cook one of the subscribing witnesses thereto that a complete record of said Will, and of the testimony of the said George F. Cook in proof thereof has been by me duly made and recorded in Book No. 6 on Pages 158-59 of the record of Wills of said County.
In Attestation Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the Seal of said Court, at Shelbyville Ind this 5th July 1912.
