Last Will
of
William A. Moore
Item 1"I desire first that all of my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid and that my funeral shall be conducted in a manner becoming my simple habits and station in life.
Item 2"
I give to my wife Sophia Moore all of my property, Real and personal during the period of her natural life and at her death to our son Willie as the residuary legatee. The above limitation to my wife shall in no way be construed to in any manner abridge the use and enjoyment of my property for her support and maintenance or in providing her with the proper support and comfort of life: I also desire that my wife may during her life time use her discretion in rendering proper assistance to our son Willie W Moore during her enjoyment of our property.
Item 3"
I appoint my wife Sophia Moore as the Executrix of this my last Will and authorize her to procure such assistance in assisting her to administer as she may deem necessary.

Be it remembered, That on the 6" day of May 1892 in vacation of the Shelby Circuit Court William W Moore one of the subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last Will and Testament of William A Moore late of said County deceased, personally appeared before John R. Sedgwick Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County in the State of Indiana, and being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court upon his oath declared and testified as follows: that is to say, That on the 15" day of August 1881 he saw the said William A Moore sign his name to said instrument in writing as and for his last Will and Testament, and that the deponent at the same time heard the said William A Moore declare the said instrument in writing to be his last Will and Testament, and that the said instrument in writing was at the same time at the request of the said William A Moore and with his consent attested and subscribed by the said William W Moore and K-M-Hord in the presence of said Testator and in the presence of each other as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said William A Moore was at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing as aforesaid of full age (that is more than twenty one years of age) and of sound and disposing mind and memory and not under any coercion or restraint as the said deponent verily believes and further deponent says not.W. W. Moore
Sworn to and subscribed by the said William W. Moore before me John R. Sedgwick Clerk of said Court at Shelbyville the 6" day of May 1892. In attestation whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court

Sedgwick Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County Indiana, do hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of William A Moore has been duly admitted to probate and duly proved by the testimony of William W Moore one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a complete record of said Will, and of the testimony of the said William W Moore in proof thereof has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 3. at pages 30-31 of the records of Wills of said County In attestation whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court at Shelbyville this 6" day of May 1892.John R.
