Goodrich
I don't have a descendant tree for Nathan
Goodrich, but I see that Shelby Co. researchers have
been working it out.
Best wishes -- Geoffrey Hayden
Nathan Goodrich, c. 18 Aug 1765 at Amenia, Dutchess
Co., NY to Abner Goodrich and Ruth. (ref: NY Gen. &
Bio. Record, v. 35, p.111 says wife Ruth living at New
Concord, which is near Hartford, CT.)
Rev. War
pension file says b. Alstead, VT (probably an error
for NH: His mother, Ruth Delano Goodrich, had an uncle
Barnabus Delano who died in Alstead, NH there and may
have been living there at the time. Ruth's father
died in Walpole, NH, not far from Alstead.)
Burial: Old City Cem., Shelbyville, IN (1765-1836, with
wife "Susan Whetzel (1767-1828)(?)"-- see photo of
stone from Shelby Co., IN Genweb site.
Died: October 08, 1836 (I haven't verified the date).
