David F.2 Koch (Henry1) was born July 12, 1863 in Milford, Decatur Co., Indiana [fb France (spoke German),  mb KY], and died November 29, 1936 in Shelbyville, Shelby Co., Indiana.   He married  (1) HATTIE SHADLEY April 26, 1888 in Shelby Co., Indiana.  He married  (2) ELIZABETH 'LIZZIE' SEXTON June 02, 1898 in Shelbyville, Shelby Co., Indiana, daughter of  JAMES SEXTON and MARY MITCHELL.  She was born December 1878 in Addison Twp., Shelby Co., Indiana, and died January 21, 1912 in Shelbyville, Shelby Co., Indiana.  He married  (3) LAURA KINGAN October 05, 1913 in Shelby Co., Indiana.  He married  (4) BETTIE FISHER March 24, 1917 in Shelby Co., Indiana.
