Dan Becker, Saturday, filed an affidavit against Everett Higgins, charging the latter with malicious trespass. Higgins will be given a hearing Wednesday evening at seven o'clock in the court of Justice Moberly. It seems that Higgins claims that he had a stall rented in a barn belinging to Mrs. Becker. Dan locked up the barn so that Higgins could not get in, and Higgins took a hatchet and smashed the lock.
