----------
The will of Mary J. Boyd, who formerly resided in his city, on
Tompkins street, was admitted to probate and record Saturday. Joseph Carson
is named therein as the executor. Gracie Alice Carson, daughter of
J.
L. Carson, of Fairland, gets possession of all the real and personal estate
by the terms of said will. In a former will the testatrix’s sister-in-law, Loretta
Harrell, wife of William Harrell, was the beneficiary, but the will
was revoked by the terms of the will probated. The estate is probably worth
$1,500.
