Hanover Township Resident Files Complaint
For Divorce In Court Here
------------
Jacob L. Bridget, residing in Hanover township, filed a
complaint today against Mrs. Ella Bridget, in the Shelby circuit court,
for a divorce. Mr. Bridget formerly lived near Reedville, Hancock county, and
the defendant is now said to be living in the adjoining county. Herbert C.
Jones, of this city, is the attorney for Mr. Bridget.
The couple was married February 2, 1915, and the complaint alleges
that the separation took place January 26, this year, at which time Mrs. Bridget
left the plaintiff and took all their household goods with her. Mr. Bridget
charges his wife said she had no love for him and did not desire to live with
him. She was sullen, quarrelsome and had a violent temper, he says. For days she
refused to speak to him and often left home without preparing any meals for the
plaintiff, the complaint states.
