SURE  IS  HARD  TO  KILL

Shelbyville, Ind., March 4
          Leonard Brissey; deaf-mute who recently fired five bullets into his head in an attempt to commit suicide and recovered, yesterday drank naphtha in a second, and again, futile attempt.  The naphtha made him violently ill, but physicians said he would recover.
