COMPLAINT ON NOTE.

The General Motors Acceptance Corporation has
filed suit in the Shelby circuit court against Harry H. Chambers and
Earl H. Slaick for judgment on a note, asking payment of $6505. Williams
& Pell are attorneys for the plaintiff.
