Interpleaded with others.
Now comes the plaintiff, by Wilson & Harrison, his attorneys, and files his complaint herein for an order to seel real estate to pay debts of decedent, Dewitt C. Dodds, together with an affidavit that said defendants are not residents of the State of Indiana.
Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants, that unless they be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Shelby Circuit Court, to be holden on the 1st Monday of October, A. D. 1902, at the court house, in the City Shelbyville, Indiana, in said county and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.

On and after the first day of June 1872, the Wheat and Corn Ware Houses (with now Fairbanks Scales attached) belonging to M. M. Dodds, near the I.C.& L.R.R. Depot will be for rent (Capacity 20,000 bushels) enquire of S. S. Carson, on the premises.
