ANNULMENT OF MARRIAGE
----------
(Indianapolis News)
          J. Amos Downey sues for an annulment of the marriage contract with E. Elizabeth Downey, alleging that when he married the lady in December 1875, at Shelbyville, he believed her to be a single woman, when in fact she was the wife of James S. Young, whom she married at Springfield, Ohio in September 1868. The plaintiff alleges that knowledge of this marriage did not come to him until November, 1882, since which time he has lived apart from her.
