Albert Duty,
arrested Thursday night as a charge of drunkenness, entered a plea of guilty in
the court of Squire Harry C. Ray today. He paid a fine and costs of
$8.50.

In the matter of John T. Duty and Lewis Sever,
Bankrupts. In Bankruptcy.
A Warrant in Bankruptcy has been issued by said Court against the
Estate of John T. Duty and Lewis Sever
of the County of Shelby of the State of Indiana, in said District,
adjudged Bankrupts upon the Petition of their Creditors; and the
payment of any debts and the delivery of any property belonging to
said Bankrupts to them, or for their use, and the Transfer of any
Property by them, are forbidden by Law; a meeting of the Creditors of
said Bankrupts, to prove their debts and choose one or more
Assignees, of their Estate, will be held at a Court of Bankruptcy, to
be holden at Indianapolis in said District, on the 13th day of March,
A.D. 1871, at 10 o'clock, A.M., at the office of John M. Ray,
No. 24-1/2 East Washington Street, one of the Registers in
Bankruptcy.
