The Shelby DemocratCora C. Flack has brought suit for divorce from her husband Elmer L. Flack, alleging cruel treatment and abandonment as cause of action. She asks for alimony and custody of children. Edward F. Flack is named as co-respondent in the complaint and plaintiff asks for a receiver to be appointed to take charge of the cigar manufactory owned by her husband and the co-respondent.
