Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, administrator of the estate of Nancy A. Giltner, deceased, will offer for sale at public outcry, at the late residence of said deceased, in Brandywine Township, Shelby County, Indiana, on
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4TH, 1902.
the personal property of said estate, consisting of one horse, one cow, one rubber fire phayeton, almost new, one-half interest in 15 acres of growing corn, one set of buggy harness, household and kitchen furniture and various other articles.
Sale to begin at 2 o'clock p.m. on said day.
Terms for all sums of $5.00 and under, cash in hand. For all sums of over $5.00 and under, cash in hand. For all sums of over $5.00 purchaser to execute note, due 8 months after date, with approved security, acceptable to administrator.
