--------
(From Monday's Daily.)
Harry and Perry Goulding, the two men known as Shelby county's desperadoes, and who engaged in a fight Saturday afternoon, having been thrown out of  Lennie Williams'  saloon after raising a disturbance in that place, were brought out of jail this morning by the officers and taken before  Squire James Webb  where a charge of assault and battery with intent to kill and murder had been preferred against them.  Their preliminary hearing was set for February 12, at 2 o'clock.  There were returned to jail, failing to give $1,000 bond.  An affidavit has been filed in Squire Moberly's court charging them with intoxication, but this was nollied.
