          Rev. and Mrs. W. L. Guard,  formerly of Jackson township, now of Rockport, this State, are visiting their old friends around the St. George Church, and last evening a reception was given them at the home of  Hon. Jacob Mutz,  in Jackson township, at which about 100 persons were present.  A musical program was rendered and refreshments served.
