DIVORCE  SUIT  WITHDRAWN

          The complaint filed by  Lora L. Huber  against  Dillard Huber  in the Shelby circuit court, for a divorce, has been dismissed on the motion of the plaintiff.

          Orden Huber  and wife will remove from their home three miles north of the city, to 214 east Mechanic street, tomorrow.  Mr. Huber has accepted a position with  Imel, Fraker & Co. as an automobile salesman.
