PARAGON BANK IS HELD UP
----------
PARAGON, IND.------- This Morgan County town quieted down today after its fifth bank robbery in 25 years, and assistant cashier  Lula Knoy,  who has been through four of them, said,  "I'm getting tired---too tired---of all these holdups."  A sallow faced man poked a long barreled revolver at  Mrs. Knoy  Friday and forced her to hand over about $4,000 from the cash drawer and vault of the Indiana Bank and Trust Co., branch.  Then he fled to an automobile in which a companion was waiting.  Mrs. Knoy  notified state police at once and road blocks were set up, but the robber and his accomplice escaped.  Mrs. Knoy  said the man told her,  "I don't want to do this but I need the money."  Mrs. Glenna Thomas, a teller, was eating lunch in a back room at the time.  She ran out as the robber fled and saw him climb into the getaway car.  She was able to give police its description.  Police reported the car had been stolen two hours earlier in Martinsville.  The holdup occurred just a week after  Hiram V. Hutchens, 49, a Shelbyville tire dealer, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for a $10,322 holdup of the same bank last Nov. 9.
