SHERIFF  OF  LINN  COUNTY
WEDS  INDIANA  GIRL  IN  PORTLAND

MR. AND MRS. D. H. BODINE   ALBANY, Or., July 5.---(Special.)---
          D. H. Bodine, Sheriff of Linn County, and  Miss Ola Reid Jordan, of Morristown, Ind., were married in Portland June 25 and are now at home in this city.  Rev. Dr. Benjamin Young, of Portland, performed the ceremony at his residence.  Mr. Bodine is a native son of Linn County and was graduated from the Oregon Agricultural college, where he won prominence on the football teams in the late '90s.  He conducted a farm successfully near Albany for several years, and last year was elected Sheriff of Linn County.  He has been prominent in the work of the grange in this county for several years.  Mrs. Bodine has resided for many years in Morristown and is widely known.  She taught in the Morristown public schools the last few years.
